👤 Account Creation Requirements

• Email: Must be your university official email (@fudutsinma.edu.ng)
• Phone Number: Must be unique (11 digits) - This will be your password
• Staff Number: Must be unique (e.g., PS0001, PJ0001, PSS0001, PSV0001)
• Login: Use your email or staff number with your phone number as password

📝 How to Fill the Form

1. Create Account if you don't have one (click "Create Account" below)
2. Login with your email/staff number and phone number (password)
3. Complete all sections: Personal Data, Staff ID & Category, Academic Qualification, and Employment Details
4. Verify accuracy of all information entered
5. Preview your data before final submission
6. Submit once you confirm all details are correct
7. Print your verification slip for physical verification
